The Eucharistic Convention 2003 - Mosaic
The Convention is raising funds for a magnificent piece of Catholic Heritage. We are a young country and it is important that we do our part to look after 'things of beauty' in regard to our time, for future generations.

This magnificent Mosaic which was originaly part of the Redemptorist Monastery in Christchurch has been transported to Auckland and errected at Sacred Heart Parish, Vermont St, Auckland.
It was an expensive exercise and we are delighted to be able to assist Sacred Heart Parish to repay some of the loan monies which were borrowed for the task. Over the past ten years the Sacred Heart parish church has been at the service of the Convention on numerous occassions.
At the thanksgiving Mass at Sacred Heart Parish on Monday 28th April at there will be a collection taken up to raise funds for this mosaic. We invite you to come along and give generously to this good cause.
